Cloudget AI is provided by OBRIXA LTD (Company No. 17336752), the data controller for personal data processed through the Service. Our registered office is Dept 6940, 43 Owston Road, Carcroft, Doncaster, England, DN6 8DA. We handle personal data in line with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

1. Controller and Contact Point

OBRIXA LTD is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. Send any privacy question, request or complaint to [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority.

2. Information We Handle

Depending on how you interact with Cloudget, we may process:

          your account details (name, email, password stored as a hash);

          purchase records (Credit Pack selected, amount, currency, invoice reference, VAT identifier where you provide one);

          payment information: full card details go directly to our authorised third-party payment provider and are not stored on our servers, we retain only tokens and receipt references;

          the material you type into or upload to the Service (prompts, files, images, URLs to be analysed) and the material the Service produces for you (text, images, code, audio, video and so on);

          operational metadata (which tool ran, model used, Credits consumed, timestamps);

          technical records from your visits (IP address, browser and device information, session identifiers, log timestamps);

          messages you send to support and any records we create when handling them.

Because Cloudget operates strictly on a one-time payment basis, we do not store recurring billing schedules, renewal dates or card credentials for future automatic charging.

3. Why We Handle It

We rely on the following lawful bases:

          to perform our contract with you (creating your account, running the tools you request, processing purchases, providing support);

          to comply with legal obligations (tax and accounting records, security incident handling, response to lawful requests from authorities);

          for legitimate interests (protecting the Service against abuse, measuring reliability and improving the product, defending legal claims);

          for optional cookies and marketing communications: with your consent, revocable at any time.

4. Prompts, Files and Model Training

We process your Input to produce the Output you asked for and to run the features you selected. We do not use your Input or Output to train our own AI models. We do not sell your personal data.

Please do not place confidential, sensitive or third-party proprietary information into a prompt or uploaded file unless you have the right to do so. If a feature relies on an external model provider to generate Output, we forward only what is necessary for that feature to work.

5. Recipients

Personal data is shared only where necessary and always under written data-processing terms compliant with UK/EU GDPR:

          our authorised third-party payment provider, for taking payments;

          hosting, email delivery, security, monitoring and analytics providers that keep the Service running;

          external AI model providers, when a Cloudget feature routes a request to a third-party model to generate Output;

          professional advisers, auditors and insurers;

          regulators, courts and law-enforcement bodies where disclosure is required or legally justified;

          the parties and advisers involved in a corporate transaction (financing, reorganisation, sale of assets).

6. International Transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the UK. Where required by data protection law, we rely on recognised safeguards: adequacy decisions, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention

          Account records: for the life of the account and up to 90 days after closure, unless the law requires a longer period.

          Purchase records: 7 years, per the Companies Act 2006 and HMRC requirements.

          Content you create: kept until you delete it or your account is closed.

          Technical logs: typically 90 days, longer where an ongoing security or legal investigation requires it.

8. Your Rights

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR you may ask us to:

          confirm what we hold about you and provide a copy;

          correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;

          delete information where a legal ground for erasure applies;

          restrict or object to particular processing;

          provide the data you gave us in a portable format;

          withdraw consent, without affecting processing carried out on that basis beforehand.

We respond within 30 days of a verified request.

9. Security

We use technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit and at rest, access restrictions, logging, monitoring and vetted suppliers. No online service is entirely risk-free, so please guard your credentials and be careful with sensitive information you submit.

10. Cookies

Our use of cookies and similar browser-storage technologies is described in a separate Cookie Policy.

11. Children

Cloudget is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly create accounts for children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data to the Service.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service, our providers or the law changes. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be flagged in advance where required.
