Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: • If Credits or services have already been used, accessed, or consumed. • If the issue arises from user error, account misuse, or violation of Cloudget AI Terms of Service. • For change of mind, dissatisfaction with generated content, or differences in expected vs. actual AI output. • If the request is made after the refund eligibility period defined by law or payment provider. All other purchases of Credits are final and non-refundable. Once Credits are added to your account, they cannot be converted to cash, transferred, or exchanged for any other value.

 

3.4 Credit Expiration

 

Credits may include an expiration date, clearly stated at the time of purchase. Unused Credits after the expiration date will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
