Cloudget AI is a service of OBRIXA LTD (Company No. 17336752), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at Dept 6940, 43 Owston Road, Carcroft, Doncaster, England, DN6 8DA. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to OBRIXA LTD. “Cloudget”, “the Service” and “the Website” refer to the platform at cloudget.me and every feature accessible through it.
We may update these Terms as the Service, applicable law or our operations change. Where a change is material we will give reasonable notice by email or on the Website before it takes effect.
1. Agreement and Eligibility
By creating an account, buying a Credit Pack or otherwise using Cloudget, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering into a contract. Where you use Cloudget on behalf of a company, agency or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Account
Access to the Service requires an account. Please keep your registration details current and your credentials confidential. Activity carried out through your account is treated as yours unless you can show it resulted from our fault. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us at [email protected] without delay.
Do not open more than one account for yourself without our written permission, and do not use automated tooling to register accounts.
3. Credits and Payment Model
Cloudget operates strictly on a one-time payment model. There are no subscriptions, no auto-renewals, no monthly memberships and no card-on-file recurring charges. Your card is only ever charged when you actively confirm a purchase at checkout.
Every purchase is a Credit Pack of a fixed size. On successful payment:
• Credits land in your account balance immediately and remain available until spent;
• Credits are consumed at rates set by the individual tool being used (image generation, text generation, voice, video and so on can consume different amounts per request);
• Credits are personal to your account and cannot be transferred, gifted or resold;
• We reserve the right to adjust per-tool consumption rates for new or updated features by giving reasonable notice on the Website.

4. Your Content and Generated Output
You retain ownership of what you upload or type into the Service (“Input”). Subject to applicable law, you also retain the rights you have in the material produced by the Service in response to your Input (“Output”). Ownership of Output does not extend to our models, software, prompt templates or platform technology.
You grant OBRIXA LTD a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit and process your Input and Output for the sole purpose of operating, securing and supporting the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have every right needed to submit your Input. AI-generated Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or resemble material produced for another user. Review Output carefully before publishing it, relying on it or using it in decisions with real-world impact.
5. Our Platform
Cloudget, its models, software, interfaces, tool designs, brand and underlying technology belong to OBRIXA LTD or its licensors. No ownership rights pass to you under these Terms. Except where the law expressly permits, you may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, mirror or scrape any part of the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
Your use of Cloudget is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Serious or repeated breach may lead to immediate suspension or closure of an account.
7. Availability and AI Disclaimer
Cloudget is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, secure or free of defects. Availability targets applicable to paying users are set out in the Service Level Agreement.
AI is not a substitute for independent human judgment. Do not rely on Output for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical or other high-impact decisions without qualified human review.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by English law, OBRIXA LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue, savings, business opportunity, data or goodwill.
Our total cumulative liability arising out of or connected to these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the purchases affected in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) GBP 100.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under English law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
9. Suspension and Closure
You may stop using Cloudget and request account closure at any time by writing to [email protected]. Because there are no subscriptions or recurring charges, no cancellation notice is required.
We may restrict, suspend or close an account where these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy have been breached, where continued use presents a security or legal risk, or where required by law. On closure, access to the Service ends and any unspent Credit balance is forfeited unless a refund is due under the Refund Policy. Clauses that by their nature survive termination (ownership, liability, indemnity, governing law) remain in effect.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
