By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully as they govern your rights and obligations.

 

1. Description of Services

1.1 General: The Platform offers users access to advanced AI-powered content generation tools. These tools enable the creation of written, visual, or other digital content based on user inputs.

1.2 Access Requirements: To use the Services, users must create an account and agree to these Terms. Access requires compatible devices, up-to-date software, and a stable internet connection, all of which the user is responsible for maintaining.

1.3 Payment: While some features on the Platform are free, most AI content generation services require purchasing Credits. Users can buy Credits through bundled packages using approved payment methods. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing and payment terms with prior notice.

1.4 Service Availability: The Company aims to keep the Platform available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, updates, or unexpected technical issues may occur.

2. Credits

2.1 Purchasing Credits: Users can acquire Credits on the Platform through bundled package offers. Credits are non-refundable and cannot be converted back into real currency, transferred, or gifted to others.

2.2 Use of Credits: Credits are exclusively for purchasing AI content generation services available on the Platform

2.3 No Cash Value: Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or any other value outside the Platform.

2.4 Account Closure: If a user closes their account, any remaining Credits will be forfeited without refund or transfer.

3. Company Closur

3.1 Notification: In the event that the Company decides to permanently close the Platform, users will be notified via email and/or an announcement on the Platform.

3.2 Grace Period: Users will be given a one-month (30 days) grace period from the date of the closure notification to use any remaining Credits. After this period, any unused Credits will be forfeited.

4. User Obligations and Conduct

4.1 Users must use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4.2 Users agree not to engage in any activities that may harm or interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform or the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Company Rights: The Platform, including but not limited to all software, code, design, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property, is owned by the Company or its licensors. These materials are protected under international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of the Company.

5.2 User-Generated Content: Content created by users using the AI tools (e.g., text, images, or other outputs) is, to the extent possible under applicable law, the property of the respective user. However, by using the Platform, users grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display user-generated content solely for the purposes of operating, improving, or promoting the Platform.

5.3 Restrictions: Users may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to access the source code of the Platform. Any unauthorized use of the Platform’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Warranty: The Platform and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, regarding the quality, reliability, or suitability of the Services.

12. Refund Policy

CloudGetMe may approve refunds only in limited circumstances. These include:

  •          A verified technical failure on Cloudget AI side that prevented you from accessing or using the purchased Credits or paid features.
  •          A duplicate charge or other confirmed billing error by Cloudget AI or our payment provider.
  •           Situations where refund is required under applicable law (for instance, regional consumer protection or digital-service regulation).

Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

  •          Credits or services that have already been used, accessed, or consumed.
  •           Issues caused by user error, misuse of account, or violation of Cloudget AI Terms of Service.
  •           A change of mind, dissatisfaction with AI-generated content, or a mismatch between expected and actual output from our AI tools.
  •       A request made after the refund eligibility period defined by law or by the payment provider.

All other purchases of Credits are final and non-refundable. Once Credits are added to your account, they cannot be converted to cash, transferred, or exchanged for any other value.
