Cloudget AI is provided by OBRIXA LTD (Company No. 17336752), registered in England and Wales at Dept 6940, 43 Owston Road, Carcroft, Doncaster, England, DN6 8DA.

Cloudget is a general-purpose AI content platform. This policy sets the rules that keep the Service safe for other users, for third parties and for the platform itself. It applies to the Website, accounts, APIs, prompts, uploaded files and generated Output. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Your Baseline Responsibility

You are responsible for what you submit, generate, publish and distribute through Cloudget. Check that your activity complies with applicable law, respects the rights and safety of others, and (where Output will be published, sent or acted on) has been reviewed by a human.

2. Illegal or Harmful Conduct

Do not use Cloudget to plan, promote, facilitate or instruct any illegal activity. This includes but is not limited to terrorism, human trafficking, illegal weapons, illegal drug production, fraud, unlawful gambling and any attempt to evade law enforcement.

3. Harassment, Violence and Self-Harm

Cloudget must not be used to threaten, harass, defame or humiliate people, or to promote hatred or discrimination against a protected group. Do not generate content that encourages violence, non-consensual sexual acts, suicide, self-harm or eating disorders, or that is designed to cause serious physical or psychological harm.

4. Child Safety

Any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers a child is strictly prohibited. This includes child sexual abuse material in any form, grooming content, sexualised depictions of minors, and material designed to facilitate abuse. Where relevant we may preserve records and report to the appropriate authorities.

5. Fraud, Impersonation and Deception

Do not use Cloudget to create phishing pages, malware, scams or deceptive deepfakes, to impersonate real people or organisations without authority, to fabricate quotes or false attributions, or to manipulate elections or civic processes. Cloudget features described as “undetectable AI”, plagiarism checkers or content detectors are provided as productivity tools and must not be used to disguise cheating, evade academic-integrity rules, or misrepresent AI-generated content where a disclosure is required.

6. Intellectual Property and Privacy

Have the rights you need before submitting or generating material that reproduces someone else’s work. Do not upload files, images or URLs that contain confidential or personal information you are not authorised to share. Do not use Cloudget to expose private information, imitate a real person without authority, or infringe copyright, trade marks, patents, trade secrets, publicity rights or privacy rights.

7. Security and Service Integrity

You may not:

          probe, scan or otherwise test Cloudget or any connected system without express written permission;

          gain unauthorised access to an account, model, dataset or piece of infrastructure;

          upload malware or code intended to damage, monitor or disrupt systems;

          bypass safety filters, rate limits, usage controls or checkout controls;

          reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract proprietary source code, model weights or prompt templates;

          interfere with availability or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

8. Automated Access, Scraping and Spam

Bots, crawlers and other automated tools may be used only where Cloudget expressly allows them. Respect published API rules, rate limits and fair-use thresholds. Do not use Cloudget to send spam, chain messages, bulk promotions or unsolicited communications.

9. Fair Use of Credits

Do not attempt to exploit bugs, race conditions or inconsistencies in the Credit-consumption system to spend fewer Credits than a tool actually costs, or to obtain access beyond the balance you have paid for. Do not create additional accounts to farm promotional Credits, dodge suspensions or bypass fraud checks.

10. Accurate Account and Payment Information

Registration and payment details must be truthful. Do not open an account on behalf of someone else without authority, use false, stolen or synthetic payment credentials, or create additional accounts to circumvent restrictions.

11. Enforcement

We may investigate reports and use technical or human review to detect misuse. Depending on the seriousness and context we may warn a user, remove or restrict content, limit a feature, suspend or close an account, preserve evidence or report conduct to authorities. In serious cases we may act without prior warning.

12. Reporting a Concern

Please report suspected misuse to [email protected] with a description of the issue, any links or screenshots, and (if you have it) an account or user identifier.

13. Governing Law

This policy is governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
